After a stellar training weekend in LP I spent the last long weekend in bed instead of training. Woke up Saturday w/ a cough, feeling terrible so I went right to the Dr. She heard "something" in my chest, put me on antibiotics and ordered a chest x-ray to rule out, gulp, pnuemonia.

Friend of mine hit a deer on the descent down Tiorati (Harriman) yesterday. Fortunately, he wasn't seriously injured. Mostly road rash and a bruised hip. Out of comission a few weeks. Be careful out there!
