George, saw your comment on Rick's Page. What's SBR's open water 101? I'm interested in training in open water with my wet suit.

hey george... that blister i got during the tri has stopped me from running, but it doesn't hurt to bike, so i'm doing a bike-specific week. i have done 118 miles so far this week, with about 25 planned for tomorrow, and your 50 miler saturday. colonial looked like a flat road today after riding around west milford the day before! you have to head west some time!

Great job to you too! Awesome bike split! I am doing Randolph, NJ (Oly) and West Point. I am also thinking about doing the Delaware Diamondman half in September. What races are you doing?

Hey George,
Good job this weekend too. It was my slowest time in years but I am on the road back to recovery and it can only get better. I am hoping to get a ride together this Sat for about 60 miles and leaving from the Market Basket around 6am. I have a sweet 60 loop up Skyline Dr, down Long Meadow Rd and into Harriman. Let me know if you or any of your buddies can attend.

Hey George,

Surgery went well, day after sucked, but I'm already feeling better than yesterday... Hope to see you at the pool in a couple of weeks!

Love the song choice, can we schedule a time to work on the range of motion/flexibility chart? Drew

Hi George, I was wondering if you think that having a full wetsuit vs a sleeveless wetsuit is a big advantage. I am training for the Madison Iron Man and am a average swimmer.

Hey John, I'm in the 16th week. Biking distances are pretty comparable and running distance are about 2 miles/20 minutes shy of what you guys are doing, but I am definitely looking forward to meeting up when it gets warmer. Sounds like you guys are doing well also... keep it up!

I will definitely be there on the 12th.
