At 9:25pm on November 26th, 2007, Alyson Llerandi said…: Hey there, Open-Tri er #2! The run was great, perfect weather. That run gets bigger every year. I was 5th overall, 20:39 I think. I have been running alot so i ran home that day and have run almost an hour or more every day. I am trying the Mike Llerandi/Jack Daniels approach...increase frequency and duration but at lower intensity. We'll see how that works. Kids also ran...Spencer was only a couple seconds behind me. He is a speciman! Gray was taking it easy as she ran the Foot Locker Regional XC Championships on Saturday at Van Cortland. We were so proud of how she ran there!
