Just posted an idea for an early season track workout in the Run Stuff, GR Tri, and North Jersey groups -- nothing special, but enough to get you started. Let me know if that helps & when you might be ready for something a little harder...don't do too much before springtime, though -- too much risk of injury. Have fun!
Track work is fun and definitely breaks things up a bit -- the nice part is that you can all run at different paces and never be too far from one another! We actually meet at the Glen Rock HS track on Thursdays, but that's not going to start until Feb most likely. I have some good ideas for track workouts for beginners that you guys can use in the meantime (or instead, if you run at different times during the week). I'll shoot you a message or post something in the "Run Stuff" group sometime tomorrow...cya!
So now, to get plugged in, you gotta sign up for the groups for North Jersey & GR Tri -- folks post about workouts, meetings, get-togethers, or whatever...check it out!
