Hey Rob - I'm excited to see you on here! After talking to at IMC this past summer about Mike's plan, I decided to give it a try. It helped hearing that it got your wife through her IM. how do you know kristen? shes a friend of mine--met her at 70.3 in cancun then raced again with her at cali this year...kinda lost touch though--haven't spoken with her in a while! :( i know del C as well...when did he go blond?? haha
