I would actually rest a bit more this week (basically do the first week of the taper right now), and then keep the last week of the taper the same as in the plan.
Next week, I would look at Tues-Wed-Thurs as the final opportunity to do any intensity above 75%, but only on one or two of the days.
The point is to get completely rested, which would really involve that extra week of rest, given that you'll be doing two big IM races within 12 weeks.
