Hey Joe - great job in LP! As you said, you learned a lot & will be loaded for bear next year...cool!
As for getting ready for Muskoka in 7 weeks, I would recover for three full weeks (cut back volume by 50% or more the first two weeks, then 75% in the third). You'll want to taper for one full week before, so that leaves three hard weeks before that taper.
You could use the last 3 weeks of the Ultra plan, throw in some of the weekday workouts from the International plan, and put together a nice 3-week stretch...have at it!

As for getting ready for Muskoka in 7 weeks, I would recover for three full weeks (cut back volume by 50% or more the first two weeks, then 75% in the third). You'll want to taper for one full week before, so that leaves three hard weeks before that taper.
You could use the last 3 weeks of the Ultra plan, throw in some of the weekday workouts from the International plan, and put together a nice 3-week stretch...have at it!
