On Sunday morning, I did my last long run-a 20 miler-at goal pace. While it's certainly not fast enough to qualify for the Boston Marathon, it will meet my goal of doing a 4-4:15 marathon on raceday. Thanks...Me too!! I ran 5 miles today with NO PAIN!!!! :-) The elliptical is B-O-R-I-N-G, but when your options are limited, it's better than nothing. That's great that your son will get to see you race - he'll have a blast for sure!! I will definitely be at the Gatorade swim - I can let you know what time (I'll be there with a group of friends, so I'm sure we'll all be there.) See you soon~

Hey :-) I felt pretty good at LP - I met some OpenTri friends up there June 20th. Rained on and off, but still a beautiful ride! My injury is starting to feel better, hopefully I'll be able to run again this week...I am sick of the elliptical already!! I am heading up Wednesday before race day...you?

Hmmm...I'm not sure, but it's nice to meet you :-) You're doing LP again this year? I was there last weekend to ride the course...not doing much running because of an injury that I'm trying to get healed for race day! How about you?
