Heading into the 4 week build before NJ Marathon. With a PR at the E. Murray Todd 1/2, and some strong, consistent runs, I'm cautiously optimistic at going sub 4 hrs.

Dave - thanks for the kind word. I'm a big fan of Hammer Nutrition products. I regularly train and race with their products (Heed, Perpeteum, Hammer Gel, Recoverite). I've also started using the Race Day Boost, Energy Surge & Anti-Fatigue caps when I race.
As for the tri clothing, It's really nice stuff, and pretty cheap too!. The tri set I wore in FL is a two piece and worked very well. I have a one-piece and a set of older-style bike bibs & jersey. All of them have gone through a couple of years (or more) of training & racing and they are all in pretty good shape.
I saw your video of the start of IMLP07. I was at LP as a course captain, along the run course on the hot-corner/IGA hill as the racers came in & out of town.
Greg congrats on your sub 12 at IMFL06. I have watched IMLP for the last three years and finally decided to try a tri after competing in marathons since 1998. I see you were wearing some Hammer wear for IMFL. A friend of mine who does Adventure Races uses their nutrition products and clothing and recommended them. How do you like their tri clothing and nutrition products? I plan on trying some of their nutrition products to see how they work for me. If all goes well I will incorporate them into my nutrition for LP. Check out the video I posted from the start of IMLP07…Dave

Thanks.....looks like you're going too! We're thinking of doing a training weekend around June 21st in LP.
