I am beginning a new routine. I will lift Tues and Fri's with a 4 day rotation. What do I mean? T,F will be day 1 and 2 then the next week T,F will be day 3 and 4 then start over and rotate through.
Day 1 Clean and Jerk 3x10
clapping push ups 3xfailure
pull ups 3xfailure
knees to elbows 3xfailure
calve raises 3xfailure
Day 2 Snatch 3x10
handstand pushups 3xfailure
weighted pullups 3x8
wtd pushups 3x10
situps 3x30
wtd calve raises 3x8
Day 3 Deadlift 3x5
squat3x5
bench 3x5
shoulder press 3x5
walking lunges 50 steps
knees to elbows 3xf
Day 4 30 muscleups for time on gymnastics rings
100 push ups
100 situps
100 airsquats pu's, su's and as's are for time

Here's a really good core routine that just uses a medicine ball.

I am looking for a good core training routine. I heard that there used to a core specific class in ridgewood some where. Doe any one have any suggestions.

Ironman Arizona, only 2 weeks to go....total training from december: 385h, swim 172k , ride 5715k , run 934k... so only rest and very easy training the last 2 weeks,I hope will be enough !!!
