Hi Mike, wondering where I can find the supercoach handbook? I am trying to modify the international program for two A Oly races. You had mentioned the execution section helping me to do that in a previous post.
BTW, I followed the Ultra program last year for a HIM and set a pb by 23m so thanks! I like how you think...

Hi Sue! I'll attach a copy of the handbook here -- I think there's a link to it on the Main page, but this is just as easy to do for you.
