Hi Mike, when I insert a B or C races for Oly distance, I tipically remove a high intensity workout on the bike, the one containing a 85% intensity: am I doing right?
Moreover, I shift the long ride to wednesday to allow some recovery for the sunday race.

Actually I did a mistake and I am referring to the Ultra distance training plan.
